Dr. Ayli has completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery, and has extensive expertise in the area of advanced facial reconstructive surgery including the use of flaps and grafts.

Repair of surgical defect (first stage). Folded paramedian forehead flap to reconstruct nasal lining and skin:
Folded paramedian forehead flap (second stage). Separation of flap with thinning to contour nasal lining and skin surface, placement of an autologous cartilage graft to provide structural support, followed by reconnection of the flap:
